Paprika spice oil is excellent for marinating fish/meat, vegetables and as a finely spiced addition to lahmacun. Paprika spice oil is particularly good on Mantı (Turkish tortellini with minced meat filling), Çiğköfte, Kısır and Kuru Fasulye (white bean stew).
