Vinegar is not always vinegar!
While poor quality vinegar is bitingly sour and sharp, a good vinegar can be an exciting, aromatic and versatile condiment.
To find quality, it makes sense to look at five different categories:
• the raw material > organic
• the ingredients > only one ingredient
• the production > traditional
• the maturation > with patience and love
• the taste > uniquely delicious
A good vinegar does not need any additives or preservatives like sulphur dioxide. It should consist of the pure fruit and vinegar bacteria.
